Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient management of procurement and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 3 direct reports to manage stores and inventory efficiently
* Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes to optimize inventory management
* Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate fair market value contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Generate reports on purchasing activities, usage reconciliation, and asset tracking to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in supply chain management or logistics operations
* Strong supervisory and people management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
