The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and relationship‐driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their operational challenges, and providing practical solutions that create real value. You will play an important role in strengthening existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries
* Nurture and grow existing customer relationships
* Build a healthy sales pipeline through networking and proactive engagement
* Develop tailored power solutions for customers in mining, industrial, and construction sectors
* Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and support customers through the decision‐making process
* Work closely with operations to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction
