Veterinary Partners is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the company's reputation as the employer of choice for veterinary professionals.


Key Responsibilities

* EVP Development & Governance:
o Refine the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure it is evidence-based, differentiated, and resonates with diverse talent segments.
o Embed EVP pillars across all external marketing, candidate touchpoints, internal communications, and onboarding materials.
* Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Management:
o Partner with the Marketing team to plan, optimize, and execute recruitment campaigns across paid and owned channels.
o Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leads to ensure marketing spend is strategically directed towards the highest-priority talent segments.
* Digital Experience & Content:
o Oversee the careers site and landing pages to ensure seamless integration with ATS/CRM systems for a smooth candidate journey.
o Support the Recruiters and Sourcing team in developing high-quality communication materials for CRM activities.
o Coordinate the creation of authentic content to showcase life at Veterinary Partners.
* Referral, Alumni & Community Programs:
o Promote the employee-referral scheme with compelling collateral and regular storytelling across the business.
o Provide content and communication materials for nurturing an alumni community to drive re-hires and brand advocacy.
* Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze key metrics such as traffic, engagement, funnel conversion, and candidate sentiment to optimize candidate experience and marketing strategies.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary liaison with Marketing teams and external creative/media agencies.
o Upskill recruiters and hiring managers on EVP, brand guidelines, and social media best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 3+ years in employer branding or related consumer marketing roles.
* Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, with strong expertise in analytics tools.
* Experience in content production and storytelling across social platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and external agencies.
