You’ll be a key part of our Quality Management team who maintain the supply of great quality food from our suppliers to our stores.
About the role
The primary role you will undertake in this position is to operate pallet moving equipment within the Quality Assurance team whilst also undertaking Quality Inspector duties at times.
This is a casual position with a requirement to be able to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, with flexible start times (based on business needs).
Other ways you’ll make an impact:
- Support the Quality Assurance team operating pallet moving equipment
- Record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams
- Ensure the highest quality products are despatched from our DC to our stores
About you and your skills
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment, collaborating with your team
- Excellent priority, time management and communication skills to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
- A proactive approach, able to work quickly and identify challenges and risks
- Worked with or can learn quickly how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing
