Over the past year the company has been selling directly in the Nordic region and is experiencing strong growth in Denmark.
With sales increasing rapidly in one of the fastest growing markets, URSAPHARM is expanding its Danish sales team - making this a perfect time to join.
As a Key Account Manager in Denmark, you will play a central role in the Nordic commercial team, helping to bring relief to Dry Eye sufferers.
The premium products are highly regarded by KOLs and widely chosen by customers, and the company has a strong portfolio with new products set to be launched soon.
Haeger & Carlsson are looking for someone with proven sales experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/OTC sector, with knowledge of local market regulations and healthcare systems.
The ideal candidate is driven, innovative, and passionate about sales and problem solving.
You are independent, solution oriented, and commercially minded, able to focus on overarching goals and strategies.
You thrive in a small organization, work effectively with different customer groups, collaborate with the team, and confidently represent products while turning opportunities into business.
Enthusiasm, energy, and a hands on approach are key to success.

Main responsibilities Maximize the value and recognition of URSAPHARM's product portfolio.
Drive the entire sales process independently.
Manage and follow up with key customers based on agreed upon strategies and goals to ensure long term growth.
Assess customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
Represent URSAPHARM at conferences/meetings with goal of providing necessary product and disease/problem relevant information.
Offer consultative selling and service to customers; educate, advise, and support the customers in using the products.
Ensure accurate customer records are maintained and complete all administrative tasks promptly in accordance with company standards.
Achieve business goals related to sales and market share.
Ensure a collaborative spirit within the company and among colleagues.
Key Requirements Experience: Relevant academic background in science, healthcare, or economics.
Skills: Proven sales experience in a customer facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector/OTC.
Familiarity with local market regulations and the ability to navigate the healthcare system.
Experience working with pharmacies and/or opticians is an advantage.
You excel at building strong customer relationships and successfully developing the market, both independently and as a collaborative team member.
You are prestige less, open minded with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are results oriented with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions that deliver added value to the customer.
Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
The role is based in the regions of Jutland or Funen in Denmark and reports directly to the Sales Director.
