We're seeking a creative and organised Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to help us attract exceptional clinicians, strengthen our community presence, and promote our vision for accessible, holistic health care.
This is a full-time position based primarily in Roma, with the flexibility to work remotely from home and travel occasionally to Vital Health locations.
About the Role:
As our Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow our team and our impact. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation across recruitment, marketing, and branding.
Working as part of our People & Innovation team, you'll ensure every campaign - from job ads to social media posts - reflects our values, our services, and our commitment to the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
* Write, post, and manage engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
* Screen applicants and coordinate interviews for clinical and administrative roles.
* Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
* Support engagement with recruitment and migration agencies for local and international hiring.
* Represent Vital Health at industry and university events.
* Maintain and improve recruitment processes and reporting.
Marketing
* Execute consistent social media activity, aligned with our marketing calendar and brand tone.
* Develop and deliver clinician engagement kits and promotional materials.
* Track high-level marketing analytics, campaign performance, and media exposure -reporting insights to the People & Innovation Manager.
* Assist in developing and refining the Strategic Marketing Plan based on data and stakeholder feedback.
* Support marketing for new services, awareness weeks, and community initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our messaging and content reflect our shared vision.
About you:
· You hold bachelor qualification in Marketing, Communications, Human Relations or Business (or equivalent experience).
· Demonstrated experience in marketing, recruitment, or related coordination roles.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Confidence using digital tools, social media, and analytics platforms.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
· A genuine interest in regional health and community wellbeing.
