What You'll Be Doing
1. Oversee a portfolio of housing properties, from allocations and inspections to rent and arrears
2. Support tenants through every step of their housing journey, promoting independence and wellbeing
3. Organise property maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep homes safe and functional
4. Ensure tenancy processes run smoothly and compliantly, addressing feedback with care and professionalism

Who You Are

An ideal candidate will have not only experience with real estate, but the passion to help people as well.
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Current driver's licence
10. Minimum 3 years' experience in tenancy or housing management
11. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act is a bonus

12. National Police Certificate
13. Working with Children (Blue Card)
