About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth and building lasting relationships across multiple segments including MRO, OEMs, distributors, and end users. Your day-to-day will include:
Developing new business opportunities across industrial sectors
Managing and expanding existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Identifying new opportunities across our full product portfolio
Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored, site-specific solutions
Managing sales & margin targets to achieve budgets
Conducting regular client visits for meetings, site surveys, and product introduction
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and technically minded sales professional who brings:
2+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within industrial or mechanical components
A background in power transmission products such as couplings, motors, gearboxes, bearings, or drives
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Confidence managing the full sales cycle across direct and distributor channels
Brisbane-based with flexibility to travel throughout Queensland when required
