Salary: up to $160,000 + Super depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of PCBs and electronic circuits for high-speed signal applications.
Develop detailed schematics using Altium, ensuring robust and efficient designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including non-electronics specialists, to integrate electronics solutions into complex systems.
Drive innovation by providing solutions-oriented approaches to engineering challenges.
Oversee the entire electronics development lifecycle, from concept through to production.
Act as the primary electronics engineer, with the potential to build and lead a team as the company grows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in PCB design and schematic development.
Proficiency with Altium Designer for PCB layout and schematic capture.
Strong understanding of high-speed signal integrity and design.
Experience with FPGA integration is a plus but not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-electronics professionals.
