This government organisation in Brisbane requires an experienced recruiter to assist the technology team.
**Your new role**
The Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to workforce coordination and recruitment. Key responsibilities will include;- Supporting the division with recruitment and Labour Hire Worker procurement-
- Identifying and prioritising business demands through coordinating, monitoring and collating data for workforce planning- Managing compliance related activities
**What you'll need to succeed**
As this role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship. You will have demonstrated experience working in a complex recruiting environment, be agile and able to provide high-level advice on a range of recruitment and workforce coordination activities.
**What you'll get in return**
This role is initially for 12 months with a possibility for extension, rate of pay will be $60.26 p/hr + super and the role offers hybrid working.
