At Green Leaves Early Learning, we foster a learning environment that inspires children to explore taste and flavor. Working closely with the Centre Chef at Green Leaves Early Learning (CENTRE NAME), your daily responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Centre Chef in preparing nutritious meals and purees, tailored to dietary needs of babies and children
2. Greeting families warmly and serving barista-quality coffees and baked treats (barista training provided if needed)
3. Leading culinary classes alongside our Centre Chef and Educators
4. Maintaining food safety standards by keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with Food and Council Authority regulations and Green Leaves standards
5. Utilizing your time management and communication skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations each day

Ideally, candidates will have:
* A current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* A current State Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Child Protection Training (or willingness to complete)
* Certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience cooking for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
* Availability for 20 hours per week
* Willingness to assume Chef responsibilities in their absence from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
