Your part in our Buderim Private Hospital teamReporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the operational leadership and development of our 4B General Surgical Ward applying your operational knowledge, leadership capability and communication skills to effectively lead your team to success across our state-of-the-art complex.RoleYou'll collaborate effectively with other healthcare leaders in the hospital, including Nurse Management, working together to deliver optimal patient-outcomes through advancing the delivery of exceptional clinical care.
