**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Process payroll accurately and timely for employees in accordance with current Enterprise Agreements.
- Oversee all legislative payments and reporting obligations to external agencies and authorities, including PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll-related issues.
- Stay updated on payroll best practices and legislation.

**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Ability to interpret Enterprise agreements.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience with NZ payroll and regulations would be advantageous.
