The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the HSEQ & HR Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our ISO certifications, promoting a proactive safety culture, and providing HR support to employees and managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
* Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
* Supporting workplace injury management and return-to-work programs.
* Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance training.
* Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
* Maintaining employee records, training registers, and HR systems.
* Assisting with performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
* Preparing HSEQ and HR reports for management.

About You
We're looking for a people-focused HSEQ professional with a keen interest (or experience) in HR, or an HR professional with strong compliance/safety experience. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety (essential).
* Cert IV in Human Resources (or working towards – highly regarded).
* Experience with ISO standards (9001, 45001,
* Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and HR compliance requirements.
* Manufacturing or heavy industry experience (preferred).
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities with a proactive approach.
