Administration Officer – Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and Support

Join our team at Waikerie Health Service as an Administration Officer and play a key role in providing high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support across the hospital and residential aged care services. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and commitment to service will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the health service and positive experiences for patients, care recipients, staff, and visitors.

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will provide professional administrative and reception support across the Waikerie Health Service, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery. You will be responsible for data entry and management using Chiron, Working Systems, CME, Oracle, Basware, and CHRIS21, and will help maintain accurate records for both hospital and residential aged care services. Your role will also involve responding to enquiries, supporting staff and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all who access the health service.

What We're Looking For:

* A high level of competency in the use of computers, word processing and office administration processes and procedures.
* Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
* Sound word processing and data entry skills.
* Can-o-file experience.

This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
