Commercial Interior Fitout Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our team and be an integral part of a wide and challenging range of commercial interior fitout projects in Perth.
The Role Overview
* To administer, coordinate, negotiate and contract suppliers and subcontractors to ensure financial profitability and client satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate relevant information and communicate it effectively to site supervisors and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
* Ensure all projects meet client timelines and expectations.
* Manage project finances to achieve Valmont's targets from inception to completion.
* Identify potential contract or cost variations and report them to the Project Manager.
* Develop innovative solutions for design-led cost management.
* Submit payments and claims for final approval on due dates.
Essential Skills And Qualifications
* Experience in contract analysis and negotiation, budget preparation, and accounts management in the commercial fit-out sector.
* A degree in construction management or similar field.
* Desirable experience with Procore software.
* Demonstrated skills across various project stages.
* Ability to apply a proactive approach and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
