* Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia, with medication administration endorsement

* Proven ability to prioritise care, respond to changes in clinical condition, and uphold patient-centred practices
* Knowledgeable in relevant nursing legislation, standards, and the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
