You're an experienced architect who can be trusted to lead.
You manage projects autonomously, from concept design through documentation, construction and contract administration, while maintaining design integrity and technical rigour. You communicate clearly, think critically, and lead teams and clients with confidence.

The opportunity
This role will see you leading
multi-residential and commercial projects
, taking full ownership of both design and delivery, while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking studio culture.
You will:
* Lead projects
end-to-end
, from concept through construction
* Apply strong design thinking supported by technical and construction expertise
* Manage client relationships with clarity and professionalism
* Mentor and collaborate with team members, elevating the studio as a whole
* Contribute ideas that shape both projects and practice

This role is for you if…
* You have
8+ years of professional architectural experience
* You bring strong exposure to
multi-residential and commercial projects
* You can confidently manage projects independently
* You combine strong design thinking with technical capability
* You are an effective communicator and natural leader
* You are proficient in
ArchiCAD (preferred)
and Adobe Creative Suite
