We are seeking an Operations Team Leader - Community to lead a team of 6+ and drive operational excellence across a defined team or region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring strong service delivery, compliance and team engagement.
What you will be doing:
* Leading day-to-day service delivery and team performance
* Coaching and developing team members through regular check-ins and performance reviews
* Building strong relationships with participants, candidates and internal stakeholders
* Promoting a culture of safety, quality and compliance across services
About you:
You have leadership experience within community services, aged care, disability or health. You are organised, people-focused and confident operating in a regulated environment while supporting teams to perform at their best.
