Looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to support a large-scale ICT Transition Program. This role sits within a critical Microsoft 365 environment, where there is a strong focus on driving structured delivery across multiple technical streams.
You’ll lead Agile delivery across a hybrid environment (Agile + Waterfall), coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring outcomes are delivered to time, quality, and governance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading Agile ceremonies and embedding delivery best practices
* Coordinating engineers, architects, cyber teams, and vendors
* Managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and reporting (RAID, forecasts, burn-downs)
* Driving transparency across stakeholders in a regulated environment
* Supporting service readiness, operational handover, and transition to BAU
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in complex environments
* Strong Agile delivery capability (Scrum/Kanban) across hybrid delivery models
* Experience working within Microsoft 365 or cloud-based platforms
