As a Venue General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store, creating a fun, energetic environment while keeping operations running smoothly. From delighting guests to leading and developing your team, you’ll set the tone for everything that makes Yo-Chi special.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example to deliver amazing guest experiences
- Keep the venue running and full of good vibes
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Ensure health & safety standards are always met
- Recruit, train, and motivate an engaged, high-performing team
- Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, and P&L; performance
Who You Are
- A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus!)
- A people-first person who loves building teams and connecting with guests.
- Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed
- Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement
