What you will be doing
Our Support Workers put heart into everything they do. You'll spend your days visiting people in their homes in the Hervey Bay/Fraser Coast region. No two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.
You'll help with:
* Delivering care that's tailored to each person's needs and Care Plan
* Personal care, mobility support, and medication reminders
* Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
* Providing respite - whether it's at home or out and about
* Lending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shopping
* Offering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters most
For this role, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to customer homes and help transport the people we support in the community.
This is a permanent part‐time position (55 hours per fortnight). We will provide you with a set Monday–Friday roster with hours between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm.
You will Thrive in this role if you

* Genuinely care about helping older Australians live life the way they choose
* Have experience in aged care, disability support, or community work
* Certificate III in Individual Support is essential
* Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle
* Have (or are happy to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
