About the Role Responsible for all on‑site details for executing group events, developing and following checklists/itineraries, and troubleshooting event problems. Acts as liaison and contact person for coordinating event details with clients, outside vendors, meeting planners, and others involved in events.
Critical Responsibilities
Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and set‑up requirements for special events.
Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records, files, and reservations.
Transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
Prepare weekly departmental payroll paperwork.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Coordinate on‑site details for executing group events, develop and follow checklists/itineraries, and troubleshoot event problems.

Successful Candidates Will Have
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and work under pressure.
Customer service experience.
Robust efficiency in spoken and written English.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of hospitality, food and beverage, or banquet operations.
Proven ability in people management and to lead teams under pressure.
Current RSA.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
