Job Overview
We are looking for a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) to lead a passionate team in our upcoming store opening in Robina. The Head Coach is accountable for all aspects of retail store operations, works closely with the retail leadership team, and drives community engagement, team development, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
* Support the opening of a new store, building the store and team from the ground up.
* Collaborate with People and Culture to coordinate group interviews, hire educators, and onboard them.
* Develop opening‐day activations, giveaways, and community events, partnering with local fitness partners and brand allies.
* Provide community marketing through a pre‐opening tour and event connections with local athletes and influencers.
* Coach, mentor, and build a world‐class team that embodies LSKD values and delivers education on products.
* Foster a culture of continual improvement, 1% growth, and daily mentoring.
* Lead a diverse team, conduct training sessions, team meetings, and set fitness, career and personal goals.
* Build a local community within the store, plan engagement strategies, and create in‐store events.
* Encourage staff to participate in classes and sweat sessions to nurture authentic community connections.
* Own the business, manage and measure store success via key KPIs.
* Deliver weekly and monthly business reflections, discussing performance strengths and opportunities.
* Plan floor coverage, maintain efficiency and effectiveness of floor operations.
* Set month‐to‐month business strategies, goals, and maintain stock levels and visual merchandising.
* Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
