The Burdekin Community Association Inc. is a not-for-profit, incorporated association and registered charity.
Our mission is to deliver community services to the Burdekin Shire with professionalism, efficiency and respect.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and supervision to staff, subcontractors and volunteers.
* Manage BCRH activities according to quality standards and service frameworks.
* Liaise with corporate staff on accounting and administrative functions.
* Develop budgets, plans and funding submissions for the BCRH.
* Maintain program operations within approved budgets.
* Enhance the image of the BCA through public communication.
* Comply with Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and other relevant legislation.
* Complete scheduled reports, acquittals and invoices.
* Support the Chief Executive Officer and other employees as required.
