About the Role
We're looking for someone with retail experience who is confident on the sales floor, reliable, and passionate about customer service. This role is perfect for a sales assistant with at least a year in retail (fashion, jewellery, or luxury preferred) who wants to be part of a growing Australian jewellery brand.
What We're Looking For
Retail experience (fashion, jewellery, or accessories preferred)
Strong passion for customer service and jewellery
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Available to work across weekdays and weekends
Must have working rights in Australia
Immediate start preferred
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Deliver friendly, personalised service and styling advice
Customer Service & Sales: Build genuine connections with customers and assist with purchases
Customer Service & Sales: Support piercing and permanent jewellery services (training provided)
Store Operations: Assist with stock handling, POS, and daily store presentation
Store Operations: Help with visual merchandising and replenishing displays
Store Operations: Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment
