About the Opportunity
A unique chance has emerged to serve as a Customer Development Manager for the Malaga region, working closely with Channel Managers and Branch Managers at supported NAPAs.
With direction from your superiors, you will establish strong relationships with target customers, understanding their needs, proactively resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and gross margin performance in your territory.
About You
* You are highly engaging, passionate about providing solutions and service, and have a proven track record in business or account management across parts and equipment.
* Comfortable acquiring new accounts, your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be valuable assets, along with your team-focused attitude and commitment to excellence.
* You will also:
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
* Drive sales growth through proactive and innovative approaches.
* Build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
* Have experience using CRM systems.
* Possess a valid Australian driver's license.
* Be passionate about the automotive industry.
