About the role
We're seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to represent leading brands across Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Harvey Norman and Good Guys stores across Gold Coast and South Brisbane areas.
This is a fast-paced, multi-site role, where you'll visit multiple stores each day to execute team training, merchandising, drive sales, and maintain high execution standards.
What you'll be doing
* Maintaining planograms, displays, and stock level.
* Ensuring brand compliance across all stores visited
* Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements
* Attend multiple sites in a day
* Engage with team members, customers, conduct training, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
* Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with the team members and customers.
* Assist with product demonstrations and sampling to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
* Collaborate with the client and report back on competitor activities.
* Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer preferences and market trends
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador specially in Bunnings or in a similar retail environment.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of Brand Ambassador experience is required.
* Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers
* Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
* Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores.
* Full driver's licence is required for this position.
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and promote our products
* Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
* Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure successful event execution
* Occasional interstate travel.
