About the role
This exciting role sits within our Managed Services division Wastflex and is based in Brisbane reporting to the National Field Sales Manager. This role is responsible for a local account base in Queensland along with providing account support and management for the national account managers in Queensland on existing national accounts. The role will require you to have a call plan for local and national accounts along with requirements to complete site audit assessments and site risk assessments and other tasks as required. This role will require you to travel state-wide to see clients as required.
* Develop client resign strategies and identify potential opportunities within client portfolio to guarantee continued growth.
* Oversee the client contract lifecycle strategy ensuring all contractual and KPI milestones are met.
* Conduct high level commercial discussions regarding rates and services along with maintaining regular meetings schedule to ensure strong relationships within your clients.
* Keep an up-to-date knowledge on the developing trends and technologies within the Commercial waste and recycling space
* Completion of site audits and risk assessments at customer sites
Experience & skills
We are looking for a seasoned sales/account management professional that is looking for their next dynamic and challenging role. Having a sound level of resilience, organisation, and passion for customer relationships is a must.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the waste industry
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
* Innovative problem solver and purser of continuous improvement
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Effective business writing and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise demands, and flexibility to meet challenging deadlines
