Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will represent the primary commercial point of contact for all customers. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth by upselling and renewing contracts with existing clients.
The scope of your work will be so vast that you'll never stop learning. With a bit of creativity, you'll have solutions to most client pain points. You'll quickly master various aspects of entrepreneurship to advise clients as experts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Australia.
* Analyze and understand clients' IT projects in depth, serving as their Odoo sales expert.
* Identify potential future sales opportunities and incentivize clients to increase their use of the solution by offering suitable packages in Odoo.
* Demonstrate new products, features, and versions to end-users.
* Negotiate contract renewals, transitioning from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Passion for software products.
* Strong organizational skills: managing around 150 clients.
* Solution-oriented approach.
* 0-3 years of experience in IT/Sales.
* Full working rights in Australia.
