Senior Risk Transformation Leader
This key leadership role reports to the Change & Transformation Executive and is accountable for spearheading the delivery of a comprehensive Risk Transformation strategy.
* Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) that defines, develops, implements, and governs program standards, policies, procedures, ensuring consistent effective program management practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans, timelines milestones deliverables. Establish mechanisms for tracking controlling progress risks issues provide guidance leadership responding assurance activities facilitating alignment review scope findings responses. Lead execution oversight strategy providing strategic direction influencing stakeholders risk awareness shared ownership outcomes behavior change strategies closing gaps current risk practices desired future state focusing clarity connection embedding brilliance organization.
