This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location : This is one service, that caters for two separate schools, all on the same site. A beautiful, spacious environment with a mix of 3 dedicated spaces including a big shared hall. This is a large service, with joint facilities and commercial kitchen on site. Staffing structure : This is a large service, and TeamKids has put together a unique staffing structure to support the needs of this school and ensure the utmost support is provided. This will include a full-time, in office, Program Manager, full-time Director of Service (x2), full-time Child Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer, Second in Charge (x2), Permanent part-time educators (x10) and a pool of casual educators. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: BSC: 7:00am-9:00am, ASC: 1:45pm-6:00pm, Admin hours: 7 The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact!
What is a Director of Service, you may ask? As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Involved : Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Innovation : Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Genuine : Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Fun : Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Remarkable : Manage service compliance and medical documentation. Diploma
