The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess a strong sense of urgency, and have the ability to work independently. This role involves coordinating transportation activities to ensure the timely delivery of products, goods, and services while maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with team members and management, maintain positive relationships with customers, and adhere to all sanitation and food handling policies. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers. Each day, the company handles over 1,900 flights, moves over 8,500 tons of cargo, books over 16,000 hotel stays, and uplifts over 320,000 meals.Application DeadlineAccepting applications until: 6/18/25ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with team members.Maintain good relations with customers.Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents.Comply with HACCP/GMP and dnata sanitation and food handling policies.Secure and maintain any required licenses.Communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL Drivers, and management.Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines.Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight.Ensure punctuality at the airport, prioritizing safety.Adhere to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.Follow vehicle fueling and related procedures.Conduct pre-trip inspections.Report issues to shift Supervisor and Management.Other tasks as assigned by management.Complete all related training.CompensationSalary: $30.00/hour, influenced by experience, qualifications, and location.QualificationsHigh School Diploma preferred or 10+ years of experience.English proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.Reliable, presentable, and professional.Team player with customer interaction skills.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.CDL license with air brake endorsement.Background check and drug testing required.Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Basic Math skills.Work Environment & DemandsPhysical demands include standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Exposure to extreme weather, heights, and noise.
