Product Management Administrator Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Management Administrator, supporting our Global Product Management Team based in Perth.
About the Position:
* Assist with budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support
* Respond to internal and external customer enquiries
* Update and maintain databases and systems
* Support the preparation of annual budgets and administer CAPEX requests
* Develop and maintain business processes and procedures for the Product Management Team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate site mobilisations, process travel requests and itineraries and compile expense claims
2. Provide administrative support to the General Manager – Product Management
About You:
* Cert IV in relevant discipline OR at least 3 years relevant administrative experience
* High level of attention to detail and effective communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
* Identification and resolution of potential issues
* Analytical skills
* Advanced customer service skills
