As the Commercial Leader, you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each individual's characteristics.
This role reports into the respective Area Manager.
* Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across the boutique.
* Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
* Empowering and encouraging honeys' needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.
* Leading, coaching and providing feedback to the honey team.
Your ideal background includes:
* At least 2-years' experience in retail or hospitality environment.
* Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience.
* Self-motivated and passionate about development and setting up for success.
* Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded.
* Highly driven about store success and passionate about the brand.
* Doesn't shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
* Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
