Job Opportunity:
Titan America is a leading environmentally and socially progressive heavy building materials company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business preferred.
* At least 5 years of successful sales and/or business development experience in building materials.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills.
* Technically oriented and computer literate.
* Desire to win and produce results.
* Demonstrated leadership/managerial potential.
