Splosh is a fast-moving business with 2,500 active SKUs across seven brands and around 900 new or discontinued products each year — no two days are the same
In this role, you'll own the full product planning lifecycle. From range planning and forecasting to SKU optimisation, trade analysis, and margin management, ensuring every launch and category performs to expectation. You'll provide insights and strategy for launch volumes, pricing, promotions, and category planning. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll influence commercial decision-making, drive profitability, and help build a high-performing planning function.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Seasonal Planning: Develop category strategies, plan launches, analyse trends, and optimise SKU performance across all brands.
New Product Launches: Own launch planning, volumes, pricing, and successful go‑live in the ERP system.
Financial & Commercial Management: Set margin targets, approve promotions, manage open‑to‑buy planning, and support commercial decision‑making.
Inventory & Demand Planning: Optimise stock levels, forecast demand, reduce overstocks/out‑of‑stock risks, and lead inventory health reviews.
Trade Performance & Reporting: Provide trade insights, partner with Sales for growth strategies, and continuously improve reporting and analytics.
Data & Systems Management: Ensure accurate product data, lead system improvements, and enhance BI reporting tools.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop the planning team, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Operations, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
5–8+ years' experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, inventory planning, or commercial analysis.
Experience in a fast‑paced retail, wholesale, FMCG, or fast‑fashion environment, ideally with high SKU counts and rapid product turnover.
Proven experience leading and developing a small planning team (Planner / Assistant Planner), with clear examples of building capability, improving accuracy, and elevating team performance.
Demonstrated ability to re‑work team workflows, implement process improvements, and introduce meaningful change to drive planning and workflow efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in data modelling, analysis, and interpretation.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and diligent in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
