Qualifications
You will be:
* Experienced in Front Office, Concierge, or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)
* A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth
* Organised and efficient, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
* A supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independently
* Energetic and proactive, always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Familiar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus)
