Kiama Golf Club is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our club. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and interacting with members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply and enforce club policies regarding dress code, age, residence, and entry requirements
* Accept payments for memberships, functions, and ticket sales
* Reconcile daily POS sales
* Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries
* Record bus bookings and manage membership enquiries
* Redirect calls to appropriate departments
* Maintain and update the Ebet membership system
* Monitor and respond to club emails
* Assist in maintaining the club website
* Coordinate club advertising (in-house and external)
About You:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reconciliation
* Familiarity with membership systems (Ebet experience a plus)
* Basic website and email management skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
