As a passionate and experienced Hospitality Assistant, you will work as a member of our large hospitality team.Catering: You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of catering and presentation whilst handling, preparing and storing food, in addition to associated cleaning tasks.Cleaning: You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleaning and presentation of resident's rooms and general areas.Laundry Services: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of and delivering residents\' clothing.You will demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards, cleaning standards, and laundry operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the catering service to meet residents' food requirements, including food preparation, storage, hygiene, distribution and serving meals.Follow written protocols for special dietary requests.Assist with the preparation of the dining rooms.Work with the food safety plan and legislative guidelines.Maintain a high standard of cleaning to residents' rooms and all general areas.Adhere to infection control, manual handling, WHS procedures.Maintain productive and open communication.What you bringExperience in Basic Food Preparation (preferred but not essential).
Experience in micro-fibre cleaning (preferred but not essential).
