Lead Hotel Operations
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple departments including Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, projects, and reports.
* Ensure the financial success of the hotel by identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve efficiency.
* Maintain effective communication with senior management and department heads.
* Develop and empower a strong team culture, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel leadership roles, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage operations.
* The ability to lead, develop, and empower teams.
* Full working rights in Australia.
