More About The Role....
* Coordinate and supervise programmed and breakdown maintenance, additions, alteration and repair activities of the Centre's electrical and communication systems and ensure compliance with all relevant Acts, standards and codes.
* Assist in the development and implementation of safe work practices aligned with current regulations and codes or practice.
* Assist in general building maintenance operations.
* Installations and maintenance of event temporary services including, lighting and power.
* Operate monitor plant and equipment.
* Project manage appropriately scaled internal works and provide technical assistance to externally delivered larger scale projects.
* Supervise Electricians, Trades Assistants, casual Team Members and Contractors to ensure compliance with all relevant Acts, Standards and Codes.
