**The Role**:
Opportunity for a **Maintenance Planner **to join our Above Water Systems team based in Garden Island. In this role you will be a member of the DDG SR Maintenance and Planning Team and will be accountable to the Maintenance Coordinator for the timely and accurate entry of maintenance data into the Commonwealth's Asset Management Planning System (AMPS) associated with the execution of Maintenance activities for the DDG SR Contract.
The s pecific purpose of the AMPS Planning function is to provide administrative and data management support to the Maintenance and Planning Team for routine, emergent and corrective maintenance tasks performed on the RAN's DD G vessels and to assist in gather ing and collat ing all data requ ired to close out those tasks in AMPS to meet the contracted Key Performance Indicator s (KPI) requirements within the Contractor's established quality and commercial guidelines.
**About You**:
- Minimum qualification required is Engineering Certificate, Material Planning Certificate or extensive industry experience in related field.
- Sound understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling. (within a Defence environment would be favourable)
- Proven ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders through robust interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities and work to achieve set deadlines
- Those with experience in the use of AMPS and/or Primavera will be viewed favourably
- Understanding of OH&S rules, regulations and procedures

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
