Are you a psychologist with a passion for leadership and excellent clinical care? We're looking for a Clinical Team Leader | Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist | Counselling Psychologist to lead and support our wonderful team of psychologists providing therapy and assessment services across the lifespan.
About The Role
As our Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our services, fostering a positive workplace culture, and the achievement of clinical role expectations within our practice. You'll coordinate our individual and group supervision program, foster professional growth, and ensure clinical excellence across our team. This onsite role is full-time although we're open to being slightly flexible around this for the ideal candidate. You'll be based at Canning Vale and Mount Pleasant and have the support of our Clinical Manager | Clinical Psychologist.
What You'll Be Doing
Intentionally exploring each clinician's goals, struggles, wins, and concerns to ensure they have the support and accountability they need to work efficiently and with high levels of job satisfaction.
Using key data to track the achievements and support needs of the clinical team and incorporate this in regular 1:1 meetings with them.
Coordinating our individual and group supervision program.
Support clinician wellbeing and cultivate a positive, values-driven team culture.
Ensure best practice standards and ethical compliance in the clinical work across the practice.
Championing and modelling our feedback-driven approach using the Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) framework and other measure
Facilitate engaging professional development activities for our team in your areas of clinical expertise.
Enthuse and support our team in their day-to-day work by co-ordinating opportunities for people to connect socially, commemorating work-a-versaries, and facilitating open and honest discussions.
Caring for a small caseload of clients within your specific area/s of interest (approx. 20 – 40% of your time).
Opportunities to provide external individual and group supervision/consultation.
Coordinating the clinical team's non-client facing activities and projects including contributions to marketing activities, clinical resources, etc

What You'll Bring
A thorough understanding of and commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practices.
General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and board-approved supervisor status (or willingness to obtain – we're happy to support you with this during your first 6 months in the role). Psychologists with an area of practice endorsement are also welcome
Minimum 4 Years' Clinical Experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing or mentoring a team of mental health professionals.
A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style and a passion for mentoring others.
The ability to provide both accountability and support with warmth and clarity.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to embrace technology in your day-to-day workflow.
