We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team specialising in Granny Flats and Secondary Dwellings. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in building a granny flat on their property. You'll guide clients through the journey from initial enquiry to signed contract, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their lifestyle, investment, or family needs. Key Responsibilities: Respond to leads and conduct client consultations (in person, phone, or online) Understand council requirements, property assessments, and planning regulations Provide design advice and explain build options, inclusions, and pricing Work closely with design, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer journey Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up strategies to close deals What We're Looking For: Proven experience in property, residential sales, or building industry (granny flats a bonus!) Strong communication and negotiation skills A self-starter with a passion for helping people Valid driver's licence and own vehicle Ability to understand site layouts, floorplans, and basic regulations (training provided) Why Join Us?
