Digital Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our Digital team, part of the Member Experience business unit. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will drive continuous improvement by building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, collaborating effectively in agile teams, and taking ownership of tasks to deliver accurate outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading digital product and journey optimisation through data analysis and actionable solutions
* Enhancing user experience using UI/UX knowledge and accessibility standards
* Driving data-informed decisions through digital analytics
* Solving complex strategic challenges and working autonomously
Work-Related Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst or similar role
* Technical skills: Scrum, Kanban, digital analytics, content management systems, mobile app ecosystems, SEO, ASO, web/mobile analytics tools
* Problem-solving: ability to solve complex challenges and work independently
* Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Collaboration: ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Mindset & initiative: proactive, personable, and solutions-focused
