About this Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Coach to support and develop our caregiving team through personalised coaching, training, and practical guidance. In this role, you will work closely with caregivers to build their confidence, enhance their skills, and help them navigate the day-to-day challenges of their roles. Your support will play a vital part in improving the quality of care delivered and ensuring a positive experience for both caregivers and clients.
This position is well-suited to someone with a background in coaching or training within the aged care sector, or a current Caregiver who brings strong administrative and organisational skills. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday, and requires travel across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region, from Pimpama to Evans Head.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to caregivers to assist them to provide quality care
* Provide a supportive environment for caregivers to share their experiences, concerns, and emotions, and offer advice and encouragement.
* Conduct training on client specific requirements and equipment in the client's home.
* Track the progress of caregivers, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure quality of care.
* Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team by maintaining records in systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
About you:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, including dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care
* Willing to travel between Pimpama and Evans Head, with a valid Australian driver's license, reliable car, and mobile phone
* Certificate III in Individual Support (highly desirable)
* Skilled in aged care equipment use (e.g., lifting hoists, mobility aids, rehab equipment)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills with a proactive attitude
