The Quality Partnership is a key component of our organization's Great Client Experience Team. We are seeking a passionate professional to partner with leaders across the organization to embed and oversee our GCE Quality and Clinical Governance Framework.
Embed high-quality, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes that monitor, measure, report, and inform continuous improvement activities, compliance, and innovative outcomes.
Partner with leaders to achieve our four care goals: Safe, Personal, Effective, and Connected Care for every client, every day.
Key responsibilities include implementing quality management and governance frameworks, demonstrating understanding and commitment to creating sustained culture and behavior change, and driving Great Client Experience outcomes across the organization.
We seek a candidate with proven quality governance partnering experience, demonstrated success in implementing quality management and governance frameworks, and a genuine commitment to improving the care experience for clients.
