The Role:
Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, including large and complex multi-entity groups within the construction sector, while acting as the primary point of contact for all client matters.
* Prepare and review financials and tax returns across entities
* Manage BAS, IAS and compliance deadlines
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Lead tax planning and advisory work
* Mentor and support junior staff
About You:
* Experience in public practice accounting
* CA/CPA qualified
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
