Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring all parts queries, orders, transfers, and sales are processed in a timely manner.

You will work closely with the Service and Parts Departments to achieve excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include performing weekly checks of outstanding Service Department (Parts Customers as required) orders, compiling and presenting weekly reports, maintaining the work in progress (WIP) Parts register, and encouraging and processing Service part credits.

You will also be responsible for completing warehouse duties on occasions to offer a higher level of customer service, establishing and maintain channels of communication with all CSR's and Service Department contacts, and assisting other company personnel with client enquiries.

In addition, you will participate in efficient and evolving work practices to improve the efficiency and profitability of the parts departments, ensure all Customer parts orders are processed in a timely manner providing exceptional customer service, and assist other employees including Supervisors and Management on Parts related technical, logistical and procedural inquires where required.



Required Skills and Qualifications

* A current driving license is required, and a forklift license would be advantageous.
* You should have well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
* Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 knowledge is not required, but it is highly regarded.
* You should have a sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
* Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded.
* Experience in parts interpreting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential.
* You should have strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise competing work tasks is also essential.
* A comprehensive understanding of parts sales & supply chain is necessary.
* Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems is desirable.
* Ability to communicate with customers at all levels while providing a professional service is vital.
* Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite are required.
* Ability to identify & upsell or escalate additional parts, service & sales opportunities is also essential.
